Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Land Circulation Mode Selection

As a agricultural country,which accounts for one third of the total population of agriculture,the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is an important issue concerning the people's livelihood.Land as a scarce resource is an important factor in the development of rural areas,rich peasants and agricultural development.With the development of social economy,a large number of farmers to non-agricultural industries,land abandonment has become a common phenomenon in rural areas,which not only caused a waste of land resources,but also hindered the large-scale management of agriculture.The land transfer reform is to solve the rural land fragmentation,to achieve the scale of land management is a major initiative.At the same time,the best land circulation can not only bring about the improvement of land use efficiency,but also can effectively protect the farmers' main interests.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to guide farmers to actively participate in land circulation and choose the best land circulation model to solve the problem of improving farmers' income,realizing modernization of agriculture and building new socialist countryside.This paper starts from the actual situation of the application of rural land transfer mode in Wuhan and Ezhou,this paper studies the factors influencing the farmers' choice of land circulation mode,and defines the concept of farmer,land transfer and land circulation mode.Based on the summary of the research results and the actual situation of Wuhan city circle,this paper chooses the six aspects of farmer's personal characteristics,farmer family characteristics,land resource endowment,land property security level,transfer market normality and economic benefit factor as influencing farmers' choice Land circulation model,and the logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of land circulation model.It is found that the four variables of land circulation scale,land fragmentation degree,land transfer agreement form and land rent have significant influence on the selection mode of farmer's choice.The scale of land transfer,distance to homestead,land transfer agreement form and land rent There are significant differences in the number of farmers in the selection of shares;the age of farmers,the scale of land transfer,the degree of land fragmentation,the form of land transfer,whether there is intermediary,land rent and non-agricultural income ratio of seven variables on farmers to choose subcontract mode There is a significant impact.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of agricultural land development from the aspects of rational application of land circulation model and the development of existing land circulation mode to advanced mode development.(3)the government strengthens the support of the new land circulation model;(4)the government's role in the process of land transfer,(5)vigorously cultivate rural land transfer intermediary service organizations,the establishment of rural mobility service agencies.
