Spatial evolution of the industry is the industry expand laterally in space and toupgrade industrial structure. From the perspective of industry chain, Spatial evolution ofthe industry is on each chain optimization and re-configuration in space. Under thebackground of economic globalization, the industrial division of stepwise refinement,inter-industry linkages between economic and technological sectors gradually close,competition among enterprises is no longer a point of unilateral, but depends whereamong enterprises of the industry chain integration, industrial chain integration is animportant measure to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Development of theYangtze River is relatively slow, and some of the traditional industry are fromprosperity to decline, most of these industries face difficult renovation、upgradingslowly and other issues. Therefore, by improving a certain aspect of the industry chaintechnology or introduce new products、 integrating the industry chain of highvalue-added products, in order to achieve lower costs and increase profits. This paperfirst reviews the evolution of space-related industrial chain theory, analysis of coreindustries through the development of downstream industries driven by the formation ofindustrial chain integration, thus digging chain upgrade mechanism; then throughempirical research to sick contact between the industrial chain; Finally, analysis of thethe upper Yangtze industry evolution, and provide some good model and the path to theYangtze River, which improving spatial evolution of the industry.
