The Reseach Of Rural Bazaars Development In Shanxi Province From The Perspective Of Labor Division Evolution

With the release of NO.1Central Document, the central government has focused onagriculture, rural areas and farmers problems for11years, but the problems have notbeen solved, the basic reason lies in the roots that we can’t catch the cause of theproblems. In Adam smith’s opinion, the deepening of labor division is the source ofeconomic growth. The basic reason of promoting economic growth is the increasinglydeepening and variation of the labor division. Therefore, to solve the three dimensionalrural issues completely and promote rural economic development, we should promotethe specialization and deepening of labor division further in rural areas. As supplementto the Smith theorem, Young’s theorem says, the division of labor is limited by theextent of the market; conversely, the division of labor is also affected by the extent ofthe market. The rural bazaars have always been the most important market in rural areas,as well as the significant carrier of the rural circulation system. They play an importantrole in the process of economic growth of rural areas. The existing market resourcesshould be used to strengthen the construction of rural bazaars, boost the continuousimprovement of rural market and circulation system, so as to promote the furtherance ofrural marketization and the deepening of rural labor division.On the perspective of labor division evolution, this essay has conducted researchon the rural bazaar from the aspect of the subject of circulation, the creation of system,the building of bazaar network system and the rural market system by comprehensivelyusing the theories in applied economics, such as evolution economics, neo-institutionaleconomics, new classical economics and economic geography. The realistic meaning ofthis essay is to conclude feasible methods to the construction of rural bazaars in Shanxiprovince and corresponding policy suggestions in the base of current construction ofcirculation system of rural areas in Shan Xi and the development of traditional ruralbazaars.This paper is divided into six units, the first unit describes the research backgroundand the relevant literature review, combining with the research status at home andabroad and puts forward the research ideas and topics of significance. The second partmainly introduces research of fundamental theory, which includes the labor divisionevolution theory and the market theory as well as the relations between the bazaardevelopment, labor division evolution and rural economic growth. The third part narrates the research on the evolution mechanism of rural buzzards, mainly from theaspects of main bazaar evolution, single bazaar evolution and bazaar system evolution.The forth part analyses the problems existing in the process of current rural bazaarconstruction and development by the combination of current situation of rural bazaars inShan Xi, it also analyses the reason why the problems exist. The fifth part proposesdifferent development methods of rural bazaars based on current rural bazaars in ShanXi. The last part raises relative policy suggestions on the problems and developmentdirection.
