A Study On The Marketization Of Rural Land Circulation In China

The issue of land has always been a major issue that the Chinese government attaches great importance to.In recent years,the urbanization in China has developed so rapidly that the speed and quantity of labor transfer is accelerating.However,there are still more agricultural population in our country.In order to improve the level of rural economic development and improve the life quality of the peasants,the farmers should neither continue to cultivate land in the traditional way nor only rely on the land for a long time.It is urgent to free the peasants from the single way of making a living by cultivating land in order to meet the requirements of the rapid development of the market economy in our country,and make our agriculture gradually realize the modern scale planting,and better serve the urbanization and industrial development..To this end,a series of policies to encourage the circulation of agricultural land has been introduced.For example,the latest reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we must develop large-scale agricultural planting management to achieve efficient use of land,food security and increased income of farmers.The report on government work this year proposed once again that we should deepen rural reform in an all-round way and execute the polices of another 30-year-extension after the due date of contracted land in the second round of land reform.On the basis of Marxism land theory,this paper analyzes the main contents of the rural land circulation market,the basic situation of rural land market circulation and some problems in the present stage via literature review,interdisciplinary research and interview.By drawing on some experience countries' ways and methods and China's national conditions,this paper gives some methods and suggestions to improve the land circulation market in China.The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter expounds the research background,objective,significance,research trends and research methods,which lays the foundation for the following research.The second chapter is about the related concept,theoretical basis and basic content of circulation market of rural land in China.The third chapter analyzes the situation,problems and reasons of the circulation market of rural land.In the fourth chapter,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the problems and reasons of the circulation market of rural land to make the circulation market of rural land go on smoothly.
