Lastly, from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative assessment of the rural labor market process By constructing the evaluation of the extent of the rural labor market indicators, Reached a conclusion that the level of the market is lower behind the national level.Finally, combing with rural labor force configuration and industrial structure condition in Baiyin, from the influencing factors of Rural surplus labor market configuration in Baiyin, Strengthen the implementation of the policy efforts:accelerate the establishment of a unified, standardized labor market; improve the labor social security mechanism, vigorously develop the tertiary industry and to strengthen primary industry to provide effective platform for the transfer of rural labor force; weaken the urban-rural dual structure, balance urban and rural development; strengthen vocational training and encourage entrepreneurship, broaden the employment channels.
