The Innovation Of Dongliang Coal Mine’s Enterprise Culture

With the development of economic globalization and China’s entry to WTO, the market competitiveness environment has changed greatly for Chinese enterprise in both domestic market and international market. Thus Chinese enterprise are confronted with more and more competitive pressure. In order to strengthen core competitiveness ability of enterprise, innovation of enterprise culture gradually becomes an important subject in the field of enterprise management. At present, a great number of enterprises attempt to reconstruct new enterprise value systems and strengthen enterprise core competitiveness ability through innovation of enterprise culture. In practice, successful innovation of enterprise culture with positive effect on prompting enterprise competitiveness ability, some enterprises achieved their aims of strengthening enterprise core competitiveness ability and acquired good management achievement.On the base of reality, and by taking DongLiang Coal Mine as example, this paper makes a theoretical and practical study on innovation of enterprise culture. The first part of this paper introduces briefly the background and sense of the research, domestic and overseas research situation of enterprise culture, and form theoretical thread and frame of the paper. Then, the paper refers to the general theory of enterprise culture in brief. Thirdly, this paper analyses the present enterprise culture of DongLiang Coal Mine, forming under planning economy, and point out the essentials of lag of enterprise culture is that it can not adapt to the further development of enterprise under the market economy and explains main the reasons leading to this problems:The present enterprise value system hinders the development of enterprise culture under market economy and formation of the accurate images of enterprise and entrepreneur. While, the paper points out implementing enterprise culture innovation is an effective way for prompting construction of DongLiang Coal Mine’s enterprise culture and strengthening DongLiang Coal Mine’s competitiveness ability. At last, the directs and principles of enterprise culture innovation is pointed,that is, transforming the administrational, dependent, external and emphasizing the mass enterprise culture into the managing, independent, internal and emphasizing the mass enterprise culture. Finally the paper also provides the new practical measures of enterprise culture, including building the entrepreneur culture, collecting the power of the staff, creating a good cultural air and lasting construction of enterprise culture.
