Since the 21 st century, the global integration of economy has fundamentally changed the operation rules of the contemporary enterprise. As the soul of the positive enterprise culture, innovation has become the focus of the contemporary enterprises in the long term. How to improve the innovation ability of enterprise is an urgent problem of the modern organization need to solve. Most of the literatures indicate that the enterprise culture has an important role on improving the innovation ability of enterprise. Continuous and effective innovation needs enterprise to learn knowledge constantly. Innovation of enterprise is the essence of innovation of knowledge. Therefore, from the perspective of the enterprise culture, this paper discusses how to improve the innovation of enterprise by organization learning.This paper first reviews some relevant theories on the enterprise culture, organization learning and innovation ability, and then explains their definition, measurement, classification, etc. Many scholars have analyzed the relationship between enterprise culture and innovation ability of enterprise in theory in the related literatures at home and abroad. But no actual data through the quantitative methods can support the theoretical analysis. Therefore, this paper, adopting empirical research, has a great importance on discussing the influence of enterprise culture on the innovation ability of enterprise.In addition there are more theory results exploring alone enterprise culture and innovation by domestic and overseas academe. But there are less theory results doing research on organizational learning as intermediary variable.Therefore, based on determining the research target, this paper establish a mediation hypothesis model of enterprise culture, organization learning and innovation ability. This model views organizational learning as intermediary variable. And based on this model this paper put forward relevant assumptions, and carries on the empirical research.At last this paper obtains 151 efficient questionnaires, and adopts spss21.0 and amos16.0 to verify the proposed corresponding hypothesis of the conceptual model through taking samples of enterprises. The result of the research is concluded as follows:(1) Enterprise culture has a significant influence on the innovation ability of enterprise and positive organizational learning brings an intermediary effect between them.(2)Various types of enterprise culture has different influence on positive organizational learning and innovation ability,and especially the empirical results are not in favor of that clan culture has evidently positive influence on innovation ability of enterprise.The analysis above not only enriches the theoretical knowledge of enterprise culture, organizational learning and innovation ability, but also can guide the practice of innovation of enterprise better. Finally this paper summarizes the main research results and puts forward to the research on enterprise culture in the future.
