China with an open attitude to actively adapt to the trend of the times,the official access to the Internet in 20 years ago.After 20 years of development,China's network penetration rate has greatly improved,the number of Internet users reached 630 million,the world's top 10 Internet companies list China accounted for four.E-commerce annual turnover of more than 10 trillion in 2013,the Internet economy has become a new engine to boost China's economy."Internet +" changes the way of people's life and work,bring about unlimited opportunities to the development of enterprises.The rise of the Internet economy for China's economic development has provided new impetus to open up new space under the current economic downturn.The rise of the Internet economy has put forward the severe challenge to the enterprise management theory and practice.The enterprise's strategic model,the development target model,the corporate culture,the management mode,the economic efficiency mode,the distribution mode and the organization mode will undergo profound changes.Enterprises can only achieve the sustainable development by focusing on the innovation of these factors.Harvard Business School Professor John Cotter came to the conclusion that through the study of many enterprises in the long time,with the increasingly fierce market competition,the internal and external environment of enterprises is also undergoing profound changes,corporate culture innovation is backward,and more and more become a decline in business performance,and even change the main reason for failure in the process of change.Kurt's final conclusion is that "if the cor:porate culture can make the long-term business performance to maintain good,it should have a strong power to adapt to the enterprise environment,and it can make the corresponding changes in the process of change with the environment."Therefore,ignoring the corporate culture in a change,it will become the main cause of failure of most enterprises,the success of corporate culture innovation directly determines the success or failure of business transformation.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this study introduces the theory of organizational learning and dynamic ability to analyze the innovation of enterprise culture,and explores the relationship between organizational learning,dynamic ability and enterprise culture innovation.Organizational learning as an independent variable,from learning commitment,vision sharing,open mind to measure it.Dynamic capacity is used as a mediator variable to measure it from external perceptual and organizational action.The enterprise culture innovation as the dependent variable,and then to the empirical analysis of the relationship between the dimensions.Discuss the relationship between organizational learning and dynamic ability,enterprise dynamic ability and enterprise culture innovation,and finally verify the intermediary function of enterprise dynamic ability.In this paper,we mainly use the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and empirical research method.First of all,we analyze the theory of Internet economy,organizational learning,dynamic ability and corporate culture innovation,summarize the relationship between organizational learning,dynamic ability and enterprise culture innovation.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey,design questionnaire to do pre-research and formal research on Small and medium-sized enterprises.Finally,an empirical study using SPSS software,analyzed the reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The main conclusions of this paper:(1)Organizational learning has a significant positive effect on dynamic ability,which shows that enterprises attach importance to learning and attention to knowledge,it is conducive to the improvement of enterprise dynamic ability.(2)Organizational learning has a positive impact on corporate culture innovation.The two dimensions of organizational learning(learning commitment,vision sharing)have a positive effect on corporate culture innovation,and the relationship between open mind and corporate culture is not significant.(3)The dynamic ability of enterprises plays a part intermediary between organizational learning and corporate culture innovation.Small and medium-sized enterprises should strengthen their learning in the era of Internet economy,strengthen their ability of external perception and organizational action through various learning methods,and improve their market acumen.The main innovation of this paper:(1)The theme of the perspective is new.Based on the background of the Internet,we study the innovation of enterprise culture from the perspective of organizational learning and dynamic ability,taking full account of the influence of Internet technology on the development of enterprise value development and system construction.(2)Research content development.We put the organizational learning,dynamic ability and corporate culture innovation into the same model to study and analyze the influencing factors of corporate culture innovation,and construct the research framework of "dynamic ability-enterprise culture innovation-enterprise performance".To make up for the lack of academic research on corporate culture in the dynamic context.On the basis of summing up the previous research experience and the defects,we put forward the knowledge-based organization learning through the dynamic ability of the intermediary variable to influence the enterprise culture innovation,in order to explore the enterprise culture innovation path from the microscopic angle.This is not only an innovation of this research,but also provides a new research ideas and research direction for future research.(3)There is new concern in the research object.Enterprise culture management is the higher stage of enterprise management,is the soft power of enterprises,the previous research on corporate culture mainly for high-tech industries and large enterprises,we study the small and medium enterprises.Small and medium enterprises are the main force of China's economic development.Its development level and development speed are directly related to the development level and development speed of China's economy.The behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises in transition economy is obviously different from that of mature economy.At present,China's small and medium-sized enterprises in the prevalence of corporate culture and the lack of investment issues,corporate culture construction lagging behind the development of the times,not like large enterprises as the formation of a mature corporate culture management system.The continuous progress of science and technology and the advent of the Internet economy era,require small and medium enterprises to carry out corporate culture change and innovation,so for small and medium enterprises research is even more meaningful.Small and medium enterprises are the main force of China's economic development.Its development level and speed are directly related to the development level and speed of China's economy as a whole.The behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises in transition economy is obviously different from that of mature economy.At present,the prevalence of small and medium enterprises on the corporate culture and the lack of investment in China,corporate culture construction lagging behind the development of the times,not as large enterprises as the formation of a mature corporate culture management system.The continuous progress of science and technology and the advent of the Internet economy era,require small and medium enterprises to carry out corporate culture change and innovation,so for small and medium enterprises research is even more meaningful.(4)The research targeted.Through on the spot investigation,We construct a model to explore the analysis of organizational learning,dynamic ability,corporate culture,innovation constitute the dimensions,according to the characteristics of small and medium enterprises,more accurate and accurate reflection of the Internet economy era of small and medium enterprises as a whole enterprise Cultural innovation.We will reflect the situation of corporate culture innovation of small and medium enterprises in the Internet economy era.
