For employees, their own knowledge and ability will influence the work performance in a certain extent, and Chinese is a type of social relations, plays an important role for the individual and the success of an enterprise. Therefore, the relationship between capital will also have an impact on the performance of. But in reality, people tend to ignore the ability, but too much emphasis on the importance of social relationship, leading to "the emergence of this phenomenon between the light ability". To the hot topic, this paper will influence the relationship between capital and human capital on performance put together to compare research.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, describes the research background, significance, ideas and methods. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, reviewed the relevant literature on the relationship between capital theory, human capital theory and performance theory. The third chapter is the relationship between capital and human capital on the employee performance mechanism analysis, combined with the special nature of the industry, put forward the hypothesis and the selection of the index. The fourth chapter is to acquire data and empirical analysis, this chapter elaborates the basic situation questionnaire and test the reliability and validity of the China, Changji insurance company employees as the research object, carries on the empirical analysis. The fifth chapter is the suggestion and prospect, through the analysis of the previous chapter data, this paper comes to the conclusion:first, the close degree coefficient of employee and customer impact on employee performance most. Second, training staff impact on employees’ work ability coefficient. Third, the effects of human capital on the performance of employees than relational capital on the performance of the larger. Therefore, employees in improving work performance in the process, not only to pay attention to the accumulation and customer relationship building and, more attention should be paid to their ability to improve.
