In domestic manufacturing industry upgrading and transfer.promote national key industrial park construction.factors such as transnational enterprises investment and expansion. driven by domestic demand for industrial property continues to grow. Industrial real estate investment value is gradually revealed the focus of industrial real estate investors started from the traditional eastern coastal areas to inland provinces investment layout trend is obvious.Wuhan has a unique natural conditions in the industrial development mainly in wuhan geographical advantage transportation advantages rich human resources and low cost of the operation of enterprises. Wuhan is the national important industrial base has a strong industrial base industrial land transfer number area respectively in2011and2012in explosive growth. In addition wuhan industrial real estate face good macro policy environment relatively loose. Now wuhan industrial land basically by production enterprises own the land the land developers about5%-10%. that of wuhan’s industrial real estate largely self-sufficient stage industrial real estate commercialization degree is low. On the other hand does not have a large number of small and medium-sized enterprise strength and scale from already take self-built factory building and office conditions. this part is very difficult to satisfy demand, indicating more market opportunities.The main research content of this article is in wuhan market rule and characteristics of industrial real estate development project. this paper is divided into three parts. the first part of the first two chapters namely the introduction wuhan industrial real estate macro environment analysis. for bedding section of this article. In this paper the third ZhangWuHan industrial real estate market analysis as a whole and the fourth chapter typical industrial park case analysis in wuhan city as the core section of this article. The third and fourth chapter in wuhan industrial real estate on the basis of macro environment and using market research method the typical industrial real estate development project in wuhan city comprehensive market research and in the final analysis of commonness and patterns. The end of the fifth chapter for this article this part summarizes the conclusions of this paper and the outlook of future industrial real estate development in wuhan city.
