Supply chain finance business around the core enterprise supply chain, upstream and downstream of the core business of the enterprise as a whole credit, help ease the financing difficulties of SMEs, the difficult problem of security, reduce supply chain financing costs and enhance the overall competitiveness of the supply chain,it plays an important role to ease the financing difficulties of SMEs.On the other hand, the banking industry is facing increasing competitive pressure intensified competition among banks. Internet banking, interest rate market, financial disintermediation, have made further narrow profit margins of banks, to develop small and medium businesses becomes an important way to deal with the fierce competition. Supply chain finance business around the core business could fully exploit the potential of small and medium-current assets, credit tied to the core business, to reduce credit risk, banks supply chain by providing a package of financial services to small and medium enterprises in the supply chain downstream, batch locking deposits increased intermediate business income, expanding the SME market in the case of effective risk control, deal with the increasingly fierce competition.This paper study the B bank supply chain finance business process reengineering, elaborate reengineering business processes and management processes from the perspective of process reengineering to optimize business processes in order to promote supply chain financing shortening the time efficiency. B Bank established a supply chain reengineering working group to coordinate the supply chain finance business process reengineering work through business processes end-to-combing, solicit opinions, using SWOT analysis discusses the advantages of B bank supply chain finance business, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the main draw of the problem needs to be improved is to improve the supply chain finance business processes time-poor, information systems integration can not be achieved, the low level of information sharing, lack of management processes, assessment mechanisms need to be improved.Therefore, supply chain finance business process reengineering focused on business process reengineering, information systems reengineering and improvement mechanisms EVA performance of these three aspects.
