Since 90's last contrary, the cooperation between enterprises is becoming closer while more and more international companies outsource their regular business for keeping the "core" business as the globalization of world economy and development of information technology. Mass of material and information is transferred, stored and exchanged during this procedure. So, it is necessary to plan, redesign, coordinate, control and optimize for the whole supplying stock and sales system of raw material, spare parts and products. The strategy is completely changed as it brings about a revolution to traditional concept of management. This paper is to aim at the quick response to continuously customers' changing demand according to the investigation of redesigning of logistical cooperation of core enterprise and concerned supplying and demanding companies under the supplying chain theory.Hereby, I try to give detailed explanation the under the investigation of the practical situation of a Germany company (named as AD). AD is an international company of making and selling sports wear like sports shoes, clothing and equipment with headquarter in EU. Its sport shoes factory locates in Shanghai, which named SH. There are many problems existing in the logistical procedure of SH to EU distribution center in AD, mainly just-in-time delivery based on customer's requirement and information exchange among companies on the supplying chain.These problems must be well settled for AD to obtain a key advantage, brand .technology as well in the competition of same business in the era of globalization by redesigning logistical procedure.The paper is divided into 3 parts; 1) it is to find out the main problem via analysis of supplying chain and redesigning theory of intra procedure; 2)According to developing theory of supplying chain management, the paper is to give solution and procedure to logistics redesign 3)According to the investigation of the practical situation of organization and logistics arrangement among manufacturers on the supplying chain, comparing with , this paper is to give out the suggestion and conclusion to the redesign of supplying chain under the global environment.
