Along with the rapid development of our country’s city economy and electronic commerce in past few years, the volume and scale of on-line shopping are increasing. The layout and optimization of the net point will play a key role in the development of express enterprises. Thus, the rationalization and operating scale of expansion is particularly important. The scientific and reasonable of net point are facing higher requirements.The rapid development of the electronic commerce brought the increase express number, which is a problem to be solved soon. So the layout and optimization of the express net point is very important. On one hand, it relevants to reasonable allocation of resources and avoids causing unnecessary waste; on the other hand, it can guide the benign development of the enterprise, lay a good foundation for the construction of the long-term development, it also plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of express enterprise in the future. Therefore, the research on net point layout and optimization of express enterprises has theoretical significance and practical application value.This paper makes an in-depth study of the layout and optimization of express net point from the micro perspective. Firstly, on the premise of clear situation of express delivery market, the research emphasis which leads to the distribution network optimization and then establishing a research framework and solution route of this paper. Secondly, a basic theory knowledge of express enterprise service outlets are introduced in details and put forward the suitable research method in this paper. Thirdly, through sum up the existing distribution network evaluation indexes and factors influencing the network layout optimization of index, it will further improve the delivery enterprise network layout optimization evaluation index. Then establishing a more scientific, reasonable and comprehensive express enterprise evaluation index system. Forthly, express enterprise distribution network optimization model is established, goal programming mathematical model is established by combining the cost factors, and then introducing examples prove the feasibility of the model. Finally, making analysis and evaluation of the instance application results, and also making summary and outlook of the research results. Hope to provide guidance for the follow-up related research.
