Through accumulation of nearly 30 years,logistics industry in China has gradually become a hot topic in current economy circumstance,has become an important source of "third profit".The logistics industry faces the rare developmental opportunity,and at the same time,it also faced the drastic market competition.The rationality of the network layout determines the sustainability of the future development for the enterprise.Therefore it have important theoretical and practical value to investigates on the network.The distribution outlets unevenly of Jinan X-express company was analysed in this paper and then optimized the layout.The mathematical model was established achieving the smallest difference between the minimum distance of the outlets.It has been solved the coordination of the added five network points through the optimal process.That are the coordinates of(117.0024,36.69121),(117.0696,36.68551),(117.1098,36.68187),(117.0498,36.6378),(116.9651,36.64916).So then the model can achieve the purpose of the equilibrium of the entire area network.In the service area,the large difference exists between the service network of the Gaoxin district.In order to achieve a more scientific division of the service area in the network,making the network matches with the regions according to the business volume and the distance.the multi-objective programming model was established.The priority method is used to solve the problem that the maximum service distance is the minimum.The optimal radius of service is 2.2km.Then,the final optimization results considered the balance of network traffic.The difference between the maximum and the minimum amount of business was reduced by 1837 pieces.
