With world-scale mining and mineral resources to monetize our huge recognition of Mongolia’s economy is facing a dramatic transformation. In the course of the next decade, which allows Mongolia to achieve the expected GDP growth in the world’s fastest growing regions. Now, because of rapid socio-economic development of the situation in the increasingly fierce competition, talent competition has also become the focus.Golomt Bank is active in the trade and investment in Mongolia domestic or international enterprises to provide commercial and investment services. All along, many banks in Mongolia, the Bank launched credit card services, electronic banking, to comply with International Financial Reporting Standards, the appointment of four external auditor, and is a pioneer in the field of transparency and corporate governance in the combination. Golomt Bank customer attention for the concept of the center, so that in the banking and financial sector of the market continues to expand, becoming the largest bank in Mongolia, controls30%of the corporate banking market. The current situation, GOLOMT banks in some areas, especially if there are many problems in human resource management. On the basis of this study, HR GOLOMT Bank study based on the analysis of the internal and external factors affecting human resource management GOLOMT Bank and Bank of GOLOMT HR research and analysis and empirical research, using a literature review, investigation questionnaire method, Mongolia GOLOMT bank’s human resources management system to assess the problems associated with the diagnosis and recommendations.Significance to human resources management system, based on the Bank of Mongolia GOLOMT bank as the research object, this paper first pointed out the significance and purpose of human resource management summarizes relevant theory, then introduces GOLOMT Bank of Mongolia, GOLOMT Human Resources Situation management System, the GOLOMT Bank of Mongolia staff investigation, analysis GOLOMT bank recruitment and human resources processes, and human resources in Mongolia GOLOMT banking system to diagnose the problems. Study results are summarized by the following questions, in order to improve human resource management in Mongolia GOLOMT banking system proposals, the final order to improve human resource management efficiency and human resource management system, the design of the bank human resources management information system statistics.
