In this paper, the modern enterprise management theory and strategic human resource management theory, through the Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch of historical evolution and the corresponding changes in the personnel system, internal and external environmental analysis, and joint-stock reform of the Bank of China was the necessity and feasibility of Bank of China must be out of the shareholding system reform, while the shareholding system reform, the core project is the conclusion of the reform of human resources. The human resources reform, and establishing market economy employment, to keep people, educating people mechanism is the Bank of China the only way to rebirth.From the Inner Mongolia Branch of the Bank of China's development strategy, process reengineering, organizational structure changes start to the Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch of the actual process of reform of human resources, for example, systematically expounded the Inner Mongolia Branch of the Bank of China aims of the reform of human resources, tasks, meaning Bank of China Inner Mongolia Branch of the overall framework of the reform of human resources, objectives and major tasks, human resources management reform program design and implementation. The most fundamental reform of human resources is to achieve the purpose of the personnel system from the traditional to the strategic human resource management in transition, especially on how to create standardized job management system, a fair and reasonable compensation management and performance management system of science has made specific theoretical basis, principles and solutions. Finally, the Bank of China to implement human resources management reform focus of the program, objectives, principles, and problems may arise in the implementation of proposed solutions.
