| Facing with external challenges such as macroeconomic deleveraging and Internet financial shocks,traditional banking model is unsustainable.Transformation is imperative.One of the core foundations for guiding transformation is human resource management.GL bank is a city commercial bank which has been established for more than 20 years but with slow development.Because of the complex internal environment,GL bank urgently needs excellent talents to break the dilemma and guide the transformation.Therefore,at the strategic level,improving the level of human resources management is of great significance to solve the problems and difficulties that GL bank currently encountered.Firstly,a good research foundation is established for this thesis by using the base of modern human resources management theory.Secondly,interview method and questionnaire survey method are applied to summarize the current problems of organization structure,talent management,salary performance and recruitment training of GL bank.The root causes of all the problems and corresponding reasons are deeply investigated through data collecting and analyzing.Finally,by organizing the human resource management system of GL bank in combination with relevant theoretical knowledge and experience of benchmark banks and other financial organizations,the effective countermeasures and suggestions for existing problems are proposed based on the current situation of GL bank.The main improvements are: first,the organization optimization,including building an agile organization,optimizing the structure,clarifying the department’s responsibilities and reshaping the culture of organization;second,talents management optimization,including broadening the promotion channel,establishing a thorough talent team construction,and improving the flow mechanism of talented people;third,salary performance optimization,including the benchmarking of market-based compensation and innovating new mechanism of assessment management;the last but not the least,optimization of recruitment and training,including improving the recruitment process,increasing the training of high-potential talents,and building a learning organization.Based on a profound study of human resource management,the purpose of this paper is to make a contribution to improve the human resource management level of GL bank and help GL bank for better reforming and transformation.In the meantime,reference ideas can be provided for other banks and financial institutions for human resource management optimization. |
