| With the arrival of global economic integration, the logistics industry becomes more and more important on the development of enterprises. However, the internal management level of many private enterprises is not high. The human resource management especially can’t keep up with the rapid development of enterprise. The logistics talents who meet the development of the enterprise are generally not enough. Therefore, how to build enterprise logistics staff training system and cultivate talents have been two problems for enterprises which need to be solved.The BC Group was founded in1993. It is a diversified business and private industrial group which is specialized in the pharmaceutical industry and involved in many other fields. Based on BC group logistics company staff training as the research object and the theory of logistics management and human resources training, the thesis systematically analyzes the problems existing in the BC group logistics staff training and the reasons why it emerged by using the method of SWOT analysis.
