Nowadays,economy develops quickly and human resources have become the most important resource of enterprises.In past 25 years,the growth of corporate profitability is mainly come from the huge potential of human capital.Many enterprises elevate the training and exploitation of human resource to organizational strategy status.Through training,we can mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,enhance the sense of belonging of the corporate culture and the sense of identity of the company's strategy,upgrade the skills and quality of the staff,improve the coordination between the staff and the organization,and finally transform the human resources into strong productivity.Training can also increase economic benefits,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve continuable development of enterprises.BL Group is the largest domestic apparel retailer.However,in the background of slowing economic growth and the rapid development of electronic commerce,the physical retail industry is facing serious challenges such as decline in performance and low profit,and their survival and development situation is worrisome.From the year 2015,BL Group has begun closing-store mode.More than 400 stores closed in 2015,further more,nearly 500 stores closed in 2016.At the same time,recruiting becomes more and more difficult,because young people are not interested in retail service industry.Due to industry restrictions,most of the company's managers are selected from excellent front-line sales employees,they are lack of the system of enterprise management knowledge,thinking obsolete,restricting the further development of the industry.Faced to such business difficulties and the status of human resources,training is one of the driving forces to promote staff stability and growth,to lead enterprise development from the fundamental,and to pour vitality into enterprises.The research subject of this paper is the training system of bottom employees in BL Group.First,a large number of relevant literatures are read,and relevant theoretical knowledge of training system is mastered.Then,through the questionnaire,interview,data analysis and other means,deep analysis is made to resolve problems of the system.The main reasons of the problem are that the training consciousness is weak;the training standard is not healthy;there are not enough teachers;the training demand analysis is lack of systematic pertinence;the training form is monotone;the training evaluation mechanism is unreasonable;the related human resources supporting system is imperfect,and so on.In view of these problems,using the relevant theoretical knowledge,learning excellent experience from other enterprises,combined with the actual situation of BL Group,we optimize the training system to achieve personnel training and exploitation demands from four aspects,such as the training organization frame structure reset,process system optimization,curriculum system re-design and supporting system development.The optimized training system can ensure that the company's full awareness of training will be improved through the resettlement of the organizational structure and job workflow and constructing training standard.The optimized training system can make the training modules working smoothly and mutual supporting through the planning and refinement of the process system.The optimized training system can also ensure the continuable operation of the training system through constructing the software supporting system and putting up the human resources supporting measures.This system will play a significant role in promoting the training process in BL Group.We hope this article can be a reference to research on training system of bottom employees in BL Group,to reset the training system consistent with this company,to promote the further development of BL Group.We also hope it can help to the training system construction of the same type enterprises.
