Changhe Suzuki Vehicle Third-Party Logistics Research

(hereinafter referred to: Changhe suzuki) for the research prototype vehicle , from the problems of Changhe suzuki logistics business self-existence, focusing on self-analysis of vehicle logistics and outsourcing pros and cons, as well as the implementation of third-party vehicle logistics decision-making and cooperation in the process of problems. It is a very good reference for the vehicle logistics business outsourcing or outsourcing companies from actual analysis of the case happened on Changhe suzuki.
