Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Structure In Jilin Province

The agricultural industry structure is a very important issue about that whetherthe agriculture has a good future. There are lots of the problems can be deal with theagricultural industry structure, such as efficient allocation of resource in agriculturalproduction, stimulate the vitality of agricultural producing, enhanced the efficiencyand modernization of agricultural production.The agricultural structure plays animportant role for promoting agricultural development, rural prosperity and increasingof farmers income.In recent years, the government of Jilin province pays more attention onimproving the agricultural policy, such as farmers how to obtain more benefits fromthe agricultural policy. Construction of the agricultural industrialization has obtainedan obviously progress. Although there is a reasonable trend for agriculturalindustrialization structure, the power of the adjustment is inadequate for thedevelopment of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry. Becausehow to balance the development of different areas of agricultural industry is still aproblem for the government. So, this dissertation based on the actual situation of thedevelopment of agricultural industry of Jilin province. The quantitative and qualitativeanalysis method has been used, after doing comprehensive investigation on naturalresource and economic conditions. According to reveal problem of the agriculturalindustry, and then put forwards some suggestions.The problem and development of agricultural industry structure of Jilin provincehas been analyzed. This dissertation shows the basic conditions of forming theagricultural industry of Jilin province, and analyzing agricultural, forestry, animalhusbandry and fishery development status in various sectors. Then using the methodof location quotient, structural similarity coefficient, gray correlation analyses theexits problem when Jilin province adjust the agricultural structure, including a lowerdegree of specialization of various agricultural, industrial structure convergencephenomenon obviously, all sectors of agriculture and various industries, such as the internal structure of uneven development.Then, there are some restriction factors of the Jilin province in agriculturalstructure adjustment, such as Government regulation is weak, the shortage of relevantpolicies, leading enterprises failed to give full play to the leading role, poor financingchannels for enterprises, lack of investments in technology, innovation capability isweak, the low quality of the rural labor force, and so difficult to promote scientificand technological achievements.Finally, according to the Jilin province agriculture industrial structure adjustmentof the guiding ideology and basic principle, targeted from strengthening governmentregulation, support the development of leading enterprises, broaden the financingchannels, to develop the service system of science and education strategy and improvethe agriculture industry development of Jilin province agricultural industrial structureadjustment countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
