Evolutionary Characteristics And Adjustment Measures Of Industrial Structure In Jilin

Under the background of new normal economy,China's economic growth rate tends to be flat,and the transformation of development mode is urgently needed to be achieved through industrial restructuring.Therefore,adjusting industrial structure has become an important way and key link to solve domestic excess demand.On the basis of the "structural dividend hypothesis",Kuznets' rule,Hoffman's theory and other industrial structure evolution theories,this study uses the industrial structure advanced index as an indicator of industrial structure evolution,and depicts the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of industrial structure in Jilin Province and the analysis of the volatility trend characteristics of industrial structure in 2005--2015 years of the sample period.Through the use of mathematical models such as Markov chain and spatial autocorrelation,the spatial evolution characteristics of industrial structure in Jilin Province are further analyzed,and the spatial transfer characteristics of industrial structure types are also analyzed.It aims to provide reference for Jilin Province to realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,promote regional green transformation and ecological civilization construction,and formulate regional economic development strategies.This article consists of six chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction.It analyzes the background of China's industrial restructuring and clarifies the research significance,research objectives and research contents of this paper,and designs the technical route for the main research contents of this paper.The second chapter is the progress of relevant research.By consulting relevant literature to definite industrial structure and advanced industrial structure,the paper further analyzes the general evolution process of industrial structure,introduces the classic theory of relevant industrial structure,and then combs the relevant progress of industrial structure in various disciplines and fields.The research has summarized the progress of research on industrial structure at home and abroad,and further supplements the existing research deficiencies.The third chapter is the core content of this paper.By calculating the industrial structure advanced index as the industrial structure evolution index,the characteristics of the industrial structure evolution of Jilin Province are described,the fluctuation trend and the stage are divide.Then the three times of 2005,2010 and 2015 are selected,and GIS means are used to create thematic maps for spatial visualization and to visualize the spatial pattern of industrial structure.On the basis of this,I use spatial autocorrelation to analyze the spatial correlation of industrial structure advanced index,and finally adopt mathematical models by Matlab such as Markov chains to classify industrial structure types and analyze related features in space.On the basis of the third chapter,the fourth chapter qualitatively analyzes the causes of the industrial structure in Jilin Province.The fifth chapter proposes industrial adjustment policies for each region according to the basic requirements and principles of industrial structure adjustment.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.It summarizes the research results of this paper,further sublimates the conclusion,and explains the shortcomings shown in the process.
