The strategic technology alliance is to promote the industrial technological innovation capabilities and solve the key technological breakthrough and innovation problems.It’s composed of colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, enterprises and other organizations. The advantages of the alliance include unit exploitation, complementary advantages, benefits sharing, risk sharing, etc. The development of the strategic technology alliance has important strategic significance.The strategic technology alliance in Guangdong province plays an important role in promoting the technological breakthrough and the industrial development of the emerging industries, and also has great effects on pushing the growth of the emerging industries which are in the critical period of development. The domestic and foreign scholars have been working on the related topics of the technology alliance all the times, but there are few of targeting and systematic analyses about the mechanism leading mode, the administration mode and the management mechanism of the strategic technology alliance of the emerging industries in Guangdong.
