The Spmc Company Catalyst Package Outsourcing Applied Research

Outsourcing is a kind of management mode for enterprises to obtain and maintain their advantages in the market competition. It is a remarkable characteristic of economy internationalization, a new form of innovation network and strategic alliance, even more a kind of strategic means for enterprises to foster and raise their core competence. Today, outsourcing is being attached more attention and put into practice widely.However, the result of outsourcing operation is not all satisfying. The lack of analyzing and understanding on outsourcing theory, making blind decision, and implementing invalid management all lead to the result of resources wasting and competences losing. At the present time, the theory system about outsourcing has been set up. These researches not only pay attention to the bilateral relationship but also provide methods and theories for the operation of the outsourcing process. However, these researches mostly base on multinational practices and lack applicability and guidance for Chinese enterprises.This paper explores the outsourcing of SPMC. First, it introduces the general situation of SPMC, company history, orientation and the characteristics of the production and market of automobile catalyzer. Second, it analyzes inside and outside environment of the SPMC and explores its outsourcing operational process and concrete situation. Finally, it offers a new design on the catalyzer encapsulation outsourcing of the SPMC. The design includes outsourcing process reengineering, trying hierarchy analyzing method to choose outsourcing merchants and making strategies on the risks control of outsourcing. This research will provide use for reference for the outsourcing of the SPMC.
