Study Of Comprehensive Cost Management For The LNG Project Engineering Of Jiangnan Company

With the change of engineering technology development and social needs, the development of economic globalization and increasing market competition, as well as information and progress of production technology, have changed the nature of the economy. The important means of construction enterprise to increase profit margin and economic efficiency is to maintain a low project cost management in order to gain a share in this competitive market. Over the last century, theory research and project practice had shown how to strengthen project cost management, enterprise efficiency in the past studies on which achieve certain result. However, due to lack of dynamic project cost monitor and management tracking, the forecast of cost management functions is not able to reflect and predict, thus not able to achieve effectively.Based on the analysis of engineering project total cost management, the use of project management theory, control theory, value engineering theory, cost factors, quantitative and qualitative and value analysis. To construct a total cost management system, the four aspects include of mechanism, elements, process and information of the overall project cost management system and by quoting from empirical study on Jiangnan LNG project as a total cost project management case. There are6processes of cost forecast, cost planning, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis, and cost evaluation management which dynamic analysis the operation process system of the cost management project. Further analyse the project of value chain system and by utilizing the idea of ’harmonious’ to carry out to cost management, to enhance competitive advantage, and the overall design of the cost management information system.In the thesis Ningbo LNG project as empirical study for the comprehensive cost of project management study, describes how effective and dynamic control of cost from the beginning to the final of cost management. To carry out innovative during the process of cost management—’mobile factory’, study case from cost control plan, organization and responsibility, plan establishm ent, dynamic control, calculation analysis, as well as guarantee measure study.From this thesis research, it will raise the method of solving mentality of current cost control, for exploring future project cost control.
