Engineering Information Management Research Of Major Projects In Mongolia

Following the development of individual countries,engineering project informatization also continues to be rapid.Both in China and abroad,modern major engineering projects not only have a one-of-a-kind design,with a unique style and format as well as careful management.For enterprises focused on these types of projects,how to control the direction of information technology decisions and strengthen construction cost control is an important issue related to the overall project management of enterprise development.These issues form the basis of major information management projects present and future.One important part of construction project management is certainty and controlling project information.Project information encompasses all stages of the construction budget for the project,in addition to also complementing the missing information.A very detailed grasp of project construction information can be used to predict and account for potential risks,and it is possible to control the cost of capital and improve continuously.Project summary information being determined and controlled can happen through various measures to strengthen project cost management,project quality,safety engineering management,and project management for the entire study of information technology,and indeed these are key to continued advances.In this paper,information management of Mongolian and Chinese major projects is addressed,based on the process from the construction project information management decision-making stages to the acceptance of the project life cycle.This research is conducted as an in-depth comparative study of such information management.This paper is comparative by nature and focuses on China and Mongolia of management problems and issues encountered during their respective major related or similar projects.First of all,we examine the basic concepts of Sino-Mongolian project information management,the basic frameworks and theories.Then,combined with Mongolian and Chinese engineering construction project information in real case examples in order to explore and study the impact of the project schedule,quality and cost.Lastly,we research the development of Mongolian major information management projects' system designs and summarize the measures taken and provided solutions.This paper is broken into the following three sections:Introduction,body,and analysis.In the analysis phase,we describe the reason,purpose,and significance as well as research methods for the topic of "Mongolian and Chinese major projects Information Management Study." The second and third chapters describe the origin of major information management theory,process and development by looking at the process of Mongolia Project Information Management Development.The fourth chapter describes the major project systems,and the fifth chapter is a summary and outlook with some suggestions.
