Research On IT Project Management Of Engineering Cost Consulting Enterprises

In response to the call of the state to speed up the informatization of construction industry,the company where I work has developed a software,designed for engineering cost consulting enterprises,to enhance the level of informatization and the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,I take the non-IT enterprise as an example,and the process of informatization as a case,to study the IT project management,in order to find a more efficient Method to implement informatization in the engineering cost of consulting enterprise,to enhance the internal management capacity of enterprises.Through the research of traditional information management system and its development process and application status at home and abroad in this paper,considering the development and current situation of domestic cost consulting industry,it is necessary to analyze the risk and difficulties of informatization.China's management information system started far behind abroad,which results in the high cost of informatization,but the budget of consulting enterprises for informatization is insufficient,not to mention the quality of practitioners is not high.Therefore,the management platform especially for the cost consulting enterprise uses SaaS service model.This paper elaborates the informatization of the two companies with different scale and management status,I analyze the reason,process and achievement of informatization,and try to find a way to realize the real informatization quickly and effectively.At the end of the paper,I prospect the development of research work in the further.
