Because of the highly integrated function and place of convenience of garbage transit equipment, it occupies more and more important status in the garbage transit system now. Flip mechanism, as one of the key institutions in garbage transit equipment, possesses the functions of lifting and loading. It can replace artificial done loading of living garbage, improve the loading efficiency and reduce the pollution of the environment, playing an irreplaceable role in the compression of garbage transit link. As a university-enterprise cooperation project, this topic proposes the improving measures and makes optimization design research on the existing problems that the impact load in the process of garbage transit equipment is too large.In this paper, flip mechanism of the garbage transit equipment is simplified and analyzed, putting forward to meeting the constraint conditions of design requirements of the flip mechanism; It also makes the kinematics analysis of flip mechanism, deduces the function equation of oil cylinder elongation and active arm angle increment of the flip agencies, through the function, and gets the relationship between the velocity and acceleration and the functional relationships among Angle, angular velocity and angular acceleration of active arm, connecting rod and hopper.In order to make the whole mechanism structure more compact, the transmission more efficient, the minimum oil cylinder stroke of flip mechanism is taken as objective function in the mechanism. In addition to regard coordinates of hopper of the hinged points on all other hinge points as design variables, according to the structure size of garbage transit equipment and the design requirement of constraint conditions, optimization mathematical model is established, and the correct algorithm is applied to solve the problems of mathematical model of optimization design, the minimum objective function value of0.328m, decreased by31.7%comparing with the original schedule, and verified the results. According to the result of optimization design, the virtual prototype technology has parameterized modeling of the flip mechanism, and carried on the kinematics simulation, determined the displacement, angle, rotational speed and angle acceleration of the components under all working conditions of mechanism; It determined the force of each hinge point on the X axis and Y axis through dynamic simulation, analyzed the force of these components, and offered the force under the dangerous working conditions for these components.In this paper, through the deduced function equations of the flip oil cylinder force, it determines the design variables affecting the oil cylinder force, and makes the design research on these design variables, knowing the design variables of the highest sensitivity influencing the oil cylinder force and establishing the constraint function, which takes the maximum oil cylinder force as objective function for optimization design and is decreased by44.2%of the flip cylinder force. The biggest oil cylinder force has been weakened dramatically, improves the operation stability of the institutions and solves the existing problems of the flip mechanism of garbage transit equipment.
