There is a large gap between China and develop countries in garbage processingtechnology. Mainly in the large number of one-time feeding can not be achieved, lowdegree of automation and control. In order to achieve a lot of disposable feedingprocess, the rod flip feeding mechanism was researched. And an appropriate provisionfor the angle of the feeding mechanism in work process was made to ensure that allthe rubbish can be into the garbage disposable in the process of feeding. The volumeof garbage was reduced.There were three parts in this research, the selection of design structures for flipmechanism,the optimization for power and automatic control.In the selection of the mechanical mechanism. A lot of literature was read.Combined with the mechanical design of the basic principles of a comprehensiveanalysis of the planar four, five, six linkage.According to its strengths and weaknessand finally chose planar six linkage as the basic structure of the flip feedingmechanism.In terms of dynamic performance optimization design. Using Solidworks tomodel for six linkage flip mechanism and using ADAMS simulation software tomotion simulate for the design mechanism.Established the objective function that ahydraulic cylinder,s minimum lifting force was obtained. And obtained the optimumposition of the hydraulic cylinder arrangement.In terms of automatic control, hydraulic system of the flip mechanism wasdesigned at first. According to a hydraulic schematic determined the control scheme,and using the PLC as controller. Completion of the control system designed to makethe automation level of agencies improved.Hydraulic system as the driving force of the flip feeding mechanism. However,there were many disposing methods of hydraulic cylinder in flip mechanism whose driving force was hydraulic system, which can meet the requirement of the flip anglein the process of feeding. It was necessary that one disposing method could beselected to make the feeding process more smooth and the hydraulic cylinder liftingforce smaller. It not only enabled the running speed of hopper more stable in theprocess of feeding to prevent the occurrence of scattering for garbage into thecompression device, but also could effectively reduce input costs and reduce energywaste.
