| Metal and nonmetal underground mines monitoring and supervision system is to rely on scientific and technological progress and advanced and applicable technical equipment, which is the effective measure to control security risk, fundamentally from its source and to improve the guarantee capability of underground mine safety production. Ventilation monitoring and supervision system as an important part of mine monitoring and supervision system, easily influenced by underground environment in operation. According to safe and reliable, technologically feasible and economically rational principles, an analysis of the reliability of mine ventilation monitoring and supervision system is required.This study was based and expanded on the Jiangbo iron mine safety monitoring and supervision system. The purpose of this paper was to carry out theoretical studies of network topology of mine monitoring and the fault tree model of supervision system achieve reasonable guidance in practical applications of the system. From this point of view, we have builded the fault tree model of mine ventilation monitoring supervision system through qualitative and quantitative analysis and used the membership cloud evaluation model to analyze network topology of mine ventilation monitoring and supervision system. And combined with Jiangbo iron mine instance do the study. This thesis sections as following:(1) The research status in mine monitoring and supervision system and reliability engineering and reliability engineering in mine monitoring and supervision system are briefly introduced, the development and application of fault tree analysis method are also summarized in this paper.(2)Using FTA (fault tree analysis) analyzes the faults of metal mine ventilation monitoring and control system and then builds a fault tree model. Work out the minimum cut sets, minimum path sets and structure importance of each basic event through qualitative analysis, then analyze what kinds of countermeasures should be taken to prevent accidents by minimum path sets. Calculate the probability of the top event and critical importance of each basic event to do quantitative analysis,(3) Detailed described the correlation theories on reliability engineering theory. Including reliability evaluation index, reliability research technique and reliability prediction etc. By comparing the research techniques of reliability engineering, analytical method was used to analytical investigation ventilation monitoring and supervision system.(4) Membership cloud evaluation model of network topology of mine ventilation monitoring and supervision system is established. And using Matlab software for common ring, tree and star network structure can map out the reliability cloud images. Compared by membership cloud evaluation model suggests that, under the same conditions, the reliability of star network is the highest, followed by a ring-shaped network structure and, finally, tree-like network structure.(5) Establish tree network topology of ventilation monitoring and supervision system for Jiangbo iron mine and do reliability prediction. Have arrive at the mean free error time of main equipment monitoring point, speed sensor, sensors for CO, sensors for device start-stop and pressure sensors of system, as following:1219.48h,3794h,4195h,14294.7h,3143h. Have arrive at the mean free error time of the Jiangbo iron mine monitoring and supervision system is1005.73h,That is, the reliability of Jiangbo iron mine ventilation monitoring and supervision system has to meet requirements of relevant norms. |
