Research On Government Supervision In Industrial Pollution Control From The Perspective Of Cooperative Public Management

China is a country of severe industrial pollution, our government is also focusedon study of administrative subject. Collaborative administration management has ledto the new trend of the modern administrative management, it is industrial pollutioncontrol in the new development direction of government regulation and the newmodel. Combine the two, the unsolved problem in the past could be solved effectively.The public administration or government will open up a new situation in themanagement and regulation of industrial pollution.Chaoyang city, as one of the northeast old industrial base, Chaoyang developedmainly on industrial economy, so that the city’s industrial pollution is very serious.The local government think it highly, but pollution here is still not obvious improved.The government work remains to be improved. In this paper, therefore, theintroduction of "collaborative public management" try to change the traditionaladministrative mode and reform the government administrative organization structure,expecially transformed the pattern of government regulation.In this paper, standing on the perspective of collaborative public management,combined with theoretical knowledge, I make the analysis in Chaoyang about thenational and industrial pollution on the current situation of government regulation.Then, I clear the government regulation in the area industrial pollution problems, andanalyzes the causes of various regulatory issues arise.I put forward the governmentregulation in Chaoyang city industrial pollution control countermeasures andsuggestions of building the government in industrial pollution control in Chaoyangcollaborative regulatory model. The structure through collaborative governmentregulation mode, the specific case-discharge permit issued by the governmentregulation in Chaoyang city are analyzed, puting forward the scientific governmentcollaborative regulatory model.
