After more than 40 years of exploration and development,the Dongpu Old District of Zhongyuan Oilfield has entered the late stage of development,and the efficiency of the gathering and transportation system is low.As the output of crude oil decreases year by year,the crude oil production of the existing six joint stations is less than the design and processing capacity of a set of crude oil stabilizers.At the same time,the output of the purification oil pipeline from each joint station to the oil depot is lower than the critical minimum output.This paper studies the optimization and transformation of crude oil stability and the optimization of low-volume transportation of purified oil pipelines.The reform of crude oil stabilization process proposes two schemes: overall concentration and stability and local concentration and stability.The overall centralized stabilization program will concoct the unstabilized crude oil of each joint station to the centralized treatment station and build a new crude oil stabilization system at the centralized treatment station.In this paper,the oil was characterized by Aspen HYSYS software,and the model simulated negative pressure flashing process and micro-positive pressure flashing process were established respectively.The local centralized stabilization scheme shuts down the crude oil stabilizing device of the joint station,and transports the unstabilized crude oil to the adjacent joint station for local centralized treatment.Through the energy consumption and economic comparison,the centralized and stable crude oil stabilization scheme is selected for the vacuum flashing process.Aiming at the problems of low oil pipeline consumption and pipeline over-temperature operation,four schemes for conveying low-water-containing oil,setting intermediate heating station,small-diameter conveying and aeration conveying were studied.The pipephase V9.5 software was used to simulate the thermal condition and hydraulic flow state of the purified oil pipeline,and the best solution for conveying low-water crude oil was obtained.
