Recent years, with the development of economy, water pollution is more severe than before, it has caused wide public concern., in order to solve the problem, the government of Shijiazhuang has increased the standard of sewage treatment.This paper analyzes the advanced sewage treatment project of Gaocheng Sewage Treatment Plant. The sewage of Gaocheng includes domestic sewage and industrial wastewater of the city.Gaocheng Sewage Treatment Plant is built in 2006,based on the secondary standard level of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2oo2), in order to reach the primary level A of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2oo2). Gaocheng Sewage Treatment Plant upgraded in 2010. The actual inflow of water is 6-8ton/day now, the operation has coped with the demands of the treatment. But the sewage treatment is not stable, the treated sewage can not always reach the primary level A.The paper counts and analyzes the historical data of the plant and the quality of the domestic sewage and industrial wastewater to solve the technical problem of sewage treatment instability. Based on the original sewage treatment technology, using ultrasonic pretreatment technology and advanced oxidation process, the paper proposes the plan, three phase catalytic oxidation technology combined double oxidation and double catalytic, and perform an pilot plant test in Gaocheng Sewage Treatment Plant. Based on the data of the test, the paper analyzes the economic feasibility of this technology and offers technical support for further update of the plant. This paper includes the following three parts:1) the paper test the water quality of domestic sewage and industrial wastewater around the city and analyze the historical data of the plant, try to find out the water quality features of inlet and outlet, analyze changes of COD and DO in the oxidation ditch, the purpose is to reach the demands of the further update of the plant.2) According to the water quality features of inlet and outlet, the paper proposes the tertiary sewage treatment technology, offers the plan of he further update of the plant which is composed of three phase catalytic oxidation system、stabilization pond、secondary clarifier. It also makes detailed design of the aim、techniques、parameter、technical complement and electrical complement in the further update project.3) the paper estimates the investment and operating costs of the project, and assesses the technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the three phase catalytic oxidation technology.
