| Although the demand for silk quilt is high steadily because of its superior quality, the product quality in the market varies, which severely and pose a threat to customer’s health. The media coverage of the product quality of the silk quilt not only hurts the reputation, which is not for the whole industry.To detect and identify fake silk quilt, it is conducive to protecting the interests of consumers, but also conducive to the protection of the integrity of the interests of manufacturers, to promote the healthy development of the industry of silk quilt. However, the current national standard is not sufficient for the identification of the fake silk quilt. It is imperative new method of detection and identification be studied and established.In this paper, silk quilt is currently on the market as the research object, carry on quantitative detection of silk fiber length, so as to provide guidance for judging quality of silk quilt.The contents of this research:1. To establish systematic methods to identify fake silk quilt of various kinds, by investigating the production process of quilt filling (silk floss) and the silk quilt market, in addition to current standard, five typical fake silk quilt have been identified.2. Studied the length distribution of silk in different silk quilt; Established sampling and measurement method for long, medium long and short silk. The test result shows that delaminating silk floss is consistent with the design of the feed ratio, and the result of comb sheet silk floss is linear in the design of the feed ratio, confirming the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method. This method has also been confirmed by Silk Inspection Center of Zhejiang Entry-exit Inspection & Quarantine Bureau of P.R.C, Zhejiang Province Quality Inspection Center of Woolen Sweater and Hangzhou Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.3. Establish length standard for long, medium long and short silk. Set up reasonable evaluation value for short silk. Achieve the ability to identify silk floss content in fine grade, first grade and conforming unit.Through the research, the following major achievements have been adopted:1. By researching the silk fiber length testing method, Test method for length and content of silk floss has been written, which has been approved by the national committee of silk standard with the approval number 2014-0349T-FZ.2. Written the procedure to identify fake silk in Silk quilt operating rules and Silk quilt implementation specification.3. Submitted three proposals to the national committee of silk standardization, quantitative length of silk floss, modified comb sheet medium/long silk floss length defined value in sheet and improve the short fiber content of assessment index in silk quilt, which is considered to be adopted by National Technical Committee of standardization of silk in the newly issued 2013-1782T-FZ Mulberry/Tussah silk floss.Based on the nature of different raw silk and manufacture method, Test method for length and content of silk floss, sets the detection environment, sampling method and measurement procedure. It is applicable to pure silk floss:long silk floss, spider-web medium/long silk floss, comb sheet medium/long silk floss, short silk floss, staple fiber, and provides a reference for raw silk and silk quilt.Test method for length and content of silk floss is supplemental to the current identification method for fake silk quilt and manufacture standard for silk quilt. It establishes methods to identify and measure the fiber length in long silk floss, spider-web medium/long silk floss, comb sheet medium/long silk floss and short silk floss, thus filling the gap in the field and is a leading achievement nationwide.Silk quilt operating rules and Silk quilt implementation specification provide a viable, convenient and accurate way to identify fake silk quilt both on site and in the laboratory. As the first of its kind in China, it provides technical support, and greatly reduces the time and expense for fake silk quilt identification. |
