The processing, production and refining of aging oil cannot be underway without the dehydration, the result of dehydration determines that if the aging oil can enter the next process. So the relevant specification related to moisture content of the crude oil must be followed in our country, realizing the dehydration of aging oil and ensuring the moisture content of aging oil up to standard. To design a high level of automation control system used for the aging oil dehydration is necessary, to make the realization of aging oil dehydration run efficiently, to improve the efficiency of dehydration, to reduce the moisture content of the aging oil. Aging oil dehydration control system is the core part. It makes the system observe and control the temperature of aging oil and flux of heat conduction oil more accurately. The study of aging oil dehydration process become more effectively. The PLC is used for controlling the system, can meet the requirements of the system’s parameters, such as,temperature, flux and the index of moisture content.Paper first introduces the requirements of aging oil dehydration control system and composition & control processes of the system. It details the control process of dehydration parameters, control schemes of aging oil’s temperature and heat conduction oil’s flow rate.According to the requirements of the dewatering system control, giving mathematical models of aging oil’s outlet temperature and heat conduction oil’s flux, and the Simulink simulation about outlet temperature of aging oil, the simulation results under the two kinds of control scheme compared.Based on the control experiment platform of water temperature, water temperature control response curve is given, to make analysis of the technical indicators. In order to verify the simulation of aging oil outlet temperature and control performance of dehydration system.According to the hardware structure and function of dehydration system, select hardware used for the system, calculating the PLC I/O points, designing the electric schematic diagram of aging oil control system. Coding the main program of modbus communication used for temperature control in PLC, the subroutine of controlling pumps and valves. Considering requirements of dehydration system, establishing the database of kingview variables, using KingView and touch screen configuration software to design the human machine interaction of aging oil dehydration system on PC and touch screen.
