Fibergalss winding is one of the hot spot research in recent years, with the development of science and technology, in the high technology fields such as national defense industry, health care, aerospace industry on the demand for fiber glass products increased. Compared with the cylindrical products of other materials, glass fiber material has high toughness, low cost, corrosion resistance advantages, particularly suitable for contact in the underground and liquid place, and glass fiber products are easy to transport. Processing of fiberglass product has important theoretical significance and practical value.Using Kingview software and PLC, this topic developed a two axle steel fiber glass winding control system based on Kingview software. The main contents are follows:(1) Paper firstly analyzes the research status of fiberglass winding machine at home and abroad. On this basis, combined with the technical parameters of fiberglass winding machine and Kingview software requirements, complete the monitoring control system.(2) According to the characteristics of fiberglass filament winding pipeline production, anaylse the fiberglass winding process combined with practical process control system work principle, the paper illustrates the winding theory according to filament winding control process.(3) The dissertation located global function of the two axis fiberglass winding machine, including the different winding conditions and control design of adjusting control parameter online. Design the hardware system including PLC input, output hardware connection and I/O interface on the basis of book. Provide the basis for the design of the monitoring system.(4) Using the powerful function of Kingview software design the human computer interface including monitoring filament winding process and control filament winding process. Human computer interface communicate with PLC after design of monitoring picture, animation and settings of I/O device. After successful communication, monitoring system can sends control command to the field device and obtain information from the site operation.(5) In order to test accuracy of the filament winding theory and human computer interface monitoring system, make experiment named winding experiment use two axis fiberglass winding machine and the monitoring system. The results proved the theory of filament winding, the human computer interface monitoring system can control and monitoring the filament winding machine by the system.The two axis fiberglass winding machine control system can supervise the filament winding process effectively. The monitoring system supervise the winding process for real-time can solve the monitoring problem effectively.
