In China, the viscosity of most oil is high, the latitude of Daqing is high, temperature is 20 degrees below zero in winter, therefore, the production of crude oil is high viscosity and high wax content. In the process of mining conditions of the pipeline due to changes in the temperature and pressure, resulting in crude oil flow properties such as weather change, the crystals of oil begin to separate, condensation with other impurities, knot wax formation phenomenon.Condensation of paraffin sinking, attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, effective transmission radius of oil pipeline will decrease, increase of oil flow resistance, reduction in oil production, serious when can cause shutdowns.In order to realize the real-time viscosity in the pipeline effect, an effective electromagnetic paraffin technology is being widely used. It changes the arrangement of molecules oil by physical means, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing viscosity of crude oil. Through the reasonable analysis and experiment on crude oil, the use of electromagnetic methods to reduce the viscosity of crude oil in the oil exploitation has important significance.In this paper, aiming at the the main factors effect of oil in the wax crystal, the paraffin wax crystallization principle and technology of electromagnetic and viscosity reduction mechanism is discussed in detail.Through a lot of experiments to find the best solution viscosity, and making the physical system to realize. Through the research on the "theory of DLVO ", "theory of magnetic resonance" and "theory of magnetic molecular alignment", the development of electromagnetic can produce different intensity and frequency of the alternating magnetic field of paraffin control and viscosity reduction, and analyzes three kinds of theory, the quantitative calculation.Magnetic viscosity reduction control system hardware circuit mainly includes main circuit, control circuit, isolation drive circuit, alarm and protection circuit, over temperature protection circuit and power supply circuit. The main circuit adopts the AC-DC-AC voltage type inverter, it mainly consists of three parts, the rectifier filter circuit and an inverter.The rectifier change single-phase AC into DC; filter circuit with capacitance, at the same time, capacitor has energy storage function; Inverter with high voltage IGBT. SCM control circuit mainly by the PIC microcontroller, it is through the code to generate SPWM signal as the input signal of the inverter, at the same time, short circuit, over current, receiving, undervoltage, overvoltage overheating alarm signal, and the inductance of the coil overheat and through the temperature protection circuit feedback alarm signal, so as to increase the inverter work reliability.After the experiment, electromagnetic paraffin controlling and viscosity reducing device and its control system can run stably and reliably, the control system can produce different intensity and frequency of the pulsating DC voltage and AC voltage, the excitation current in the range of 0-10A; frequency can be adjusted in the range of 0-1000Hz; the strength of the magnetic field generated by up to 55mT; at the same time, the development of electromagnetic paraffin viscosity reducer with voltage and current measurement function, the system power detection and alarm protection and coil overheat protection function, it can be set the parameters through the keyboard, displayed through the liquid crystal and it can meet the requirements of magnetic paraffin control and viscosity reduction.
