Abstrct:Fire research is the main equipment to protect the safety of firefighters. At the fire scene, the environment is complicated, fire, water, dust and other substances at any time could endanger the lives of firefighters. A set of excellent performance of fire control is necessary. In recent decades, countries for fire protection clothing research has also increased, from the sheer level of fire protection clothing structure gradually evolved into a-multi-level structure of firefighters, from a single function of fire evolved into more functional fire suit. The earliest used for fire protection clothing is aramid fabric flame retardant fabrics.Because of the fiber itself has flame retardant performance, so the flame retardant properties of aramid fabric is permanent, and extend the service life of the fire service,increased its flame retardant performance. There are many types of aramid fabric, this paper mainly studied the three kinds of aramid fabrics at present is widely applied,including 150g/m2 and 210g/m2 of domestic aramid 1313 fabrics, 150g/m2 and 210g/m2 Nomex fabrics, 150g/m2, 200g/m2, 210g/m2 and 220g/m2 aramid fabrics of 3A. Test the with two kinds of performance comprehensive is more suitable for fire protection clothing fabrics are obtained.First of all, test the performance of aramid fabric, including the breaking stren gth, wrinkle resistance, heat preservation, moisture permeability and permeability, etc.Latitude and longitude through data analysis, to the breaking strength of the larger is 220g/m2 of aramid fabric 3A breaking strength of 1590 N and 1110 N respectively;210g/m2 of aramid 3A fast, slow elastic fabric crease recovery Angle is larger, 310.2° and 313.32° respectively; 220g/m2 of aramid 3A fabric has good heat preservatio n, heat preservation rate, coefficient of heat transfer and crow values were 10.8%and 37.95℃ and 0.17W/m2; 150g/m2 of NomexⅢ fabric has better moisture permea bility and air permeability, moisture permeability and moisture transmission, respecti vely is 7934.89g/m2, 588.412L·(m2·s)ˉ1 creates. Home-made aramid1313 fabric perfor mance is slightly weaker, NomexⅢ aramid3 A fabric and fabric performance is bette r. Tests the style, the style of aramid fabric in the middle value, can be generally accepted as taking the fabric; 150g/m2 of NomexⅢ fabric and 210g/m2 of aramid3A dynamic drape coefficient of fabric F were 51.09% and 43.62% respectively, goo d drapability, these two kinds of fabric on the premise of guarantee strength impro ved the fabric drapability, makes more exquisite and soft fabric on hand.Second, flame retardant and thermal properties of aramid fabric are analyzed in test. By TG thermo-gravimetric curve: whether NomexⅢ fabric decomposition temp erature, the highest at 480℃; Domestic aramid1313 fabric is 420℃; Aramid3 A fabri c is at 280℃ began to break down. Limit oxygen index is larger, NomexⅢ fabric warp was 34.19%, the zonal is 32.792%. In the flame retardant performance testing,damaged length is 210g/m2 of smaller domestic aramid1313 fabric, through thedama ged length of 26.33 mm, zonal damaged length is 30.67mm; Strength charring layer of fabric after combustion is larger NomexⅢ fabric.In compound fabric overallther mal performance test, the contact of higher thermal protection of domestic aramid1313 fabric is 210g/m2 and 100g/m2, 200g/m2 of aramid fiber felt, after composite fla me retardant cotton fabric, thermal protection TPP value respectively 1304.2Kw·s/m2 squared and 1609.87Kw·s/m2 squared; Noncontact high thermal protection value is220g/m2 of aramid fabric and 3A 100g/m2, 200g/m2 of aramid composite mat, flam e retardant cotton fabric, thermal protection TPP value respectively 1792.3Kw·s/m2 s quared and 2095.75Kw·s/m2; Through different fabric after combustion state, domest ic aramid1313 fabric seriously damaged, aramid fabric shrinkage3 A serious, NomexⅢ fabric in better, more stable state.Third, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be eight kinds o f fabric performance of quantitative analysis. Analysis results show that the compre hensive performance of good aramid3 A fabric is 210g/m2, followed by 150g/m2 of NomexⅢ fabric, the weaker is 150g/m2 of domestic aramid1313, and 210g/m2 of domestic aramid1313 fabric, centring is 220g/m2 of aramid fabric3 A, 210g/m2 of N omexⅢ fabric, 150g/m2 of aramid fabric and 3A 200g/m2 of aramid fabric 3A.Com bination of aramid fabric flame retardant and thermal protective performance analysi s, draw a NomexⅢ fabric, excellent performance in a composite fabric overall perf ormance test of the stable performance; The limit oxygen index is higher, at 35%;Compound fabric thermal protection TPP value also satisfies the requirement of stan dard, heating effect, almost no shrinkage and fabric damage; Fabric after burning d amaged length is not greater than 100 mm, 70 mm or so, carbonized layer, thus No mexⅢ fabric in three kinds of fabrics is more suitable for fire protection clothingouter fabric. But aramid3 A fabric need to prevent heat shrinkable do process impro vement; Domestic aramid1313 fabric need in the comfort of fabrics, the respect suc h as thermal protective do improvement, especially the fabric after thermal effect at the time of the powerful keeping and form ability needs to improve. If consider N omex fiber and a small amount of Kevlar fibers blended, can further improve the f lame retardant performance and thermal protection performance of fabric.
