| With the development of the productivity, the trends of papermaking industry gradually turns to large-scale, high-speed, continuous and factory automation. As to a pulping system, grinding machine has the properties of the maximum power dissipation, necessary and the most complex. Among the grinding devices, disc refiner is the most widely used and the number has an absolute advantage currently; so the improvement and innovation of the disc refiner has great significance on the development of paper industry.In this paper, double disc refiner is the research object. Structure of the double disc refiner and slurry flow characteristics are analyzed. The structure optimization of the double disc refiner and the disc are made combined with the structure of foreign advanced equipment and enterprise existing mechanical; and the key parts of the double disc refiner are checked by using ANSYS. The process of the slurry flow through the new plate gap are simulated by using FLUENT, and then the influence of the plate gap to slurry flow field are analyzed, so the best range of plate gap are obtained; the database of pressure and shearing force of grinding teeth in different gaps are established meanwhile.The parameters of effecting the double disc refiner selection are analyzed; and then the influence curves and data of parameters that influencing the selection of double disc refiner are obtained. Based on something like different raw materials, beating degree,maximum SEL the disc can bear, the beating degree value single disc grinder can achieve and the prices of products, the optimization of selection and combination of the double disc refiner are obtained by using the macro programming of EXCEL. The software of portfolio selection is made for the better performance of grinding equipment and save manpower. |
