Design For Wine Product Quality And Safety Supervision And Traceability System

With the increasing of wine demand and consumption in China, wine quality and safety issues have arisen frequently. Therefore, it needs to establish a quality and safety supervision and traceability system dedicated to wine product.This paper first briefly introduces the development background and the research present situation of wine product quality and safety supervision and tracing system, then puts forward the wine production international standardized identification system for the key nodes of supply chain information system, and detailed discusses the design of the system model, system architecture and development technology, finally completed system requirements analysis, general design, detailed design, coding, testing, etc. The main achievements will include three aspects.Firstly, establish wine information identification system consistent with the "EAN-UCC international coding system. Adopt the internationally used commodity code and bar code identification technology, this paper proposes and establishes the whole life cycle of information coding standards including wine grape cultivation, wine production, processing and packaging, storage and transportation, sales, and spending, realizes key data record and tracking for a possible safety hazard in wine production supply chain link, so as to meet the management requirements of the production enterprises, sales enterprises and regulatory authorities, and to connect with international trade.Secondly, establish the basic framework of wine product quality and safety supervision and tracing system. Through the analysis of wine production and supply, put forward main participants and physical flow and information flow, build the basic framework of wine product quality and safety supervision and tracing system which consists of product information management, government supervision and management, product sales management, consumer traceability queries.Thirdly, design and develop the software platform of wine product quality, safety supervision and traceability system. Based on the analysis of wine product quality, safety supervision and trace software system, complete the development technology selection, function analysis, database design and security mechanism design of the system software, develop website platform based on B/S and short message platform based on C/S structure.Using the technologies such as SQL Server, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, complete the development of system software development, and test the system, realize the system availability.
