The wide variety of fruits and vegetables apples, tomatoes, dragon fruit, etc., as the necessities of daily life, the importance of food safety self-evident. How to ensure the safety of the food supply chain has become an urgent global issue.Under the trend of global economic integration, the scope has been extended to commodity circulation world-class standards. To globally, commodity production, processing, packaging, storage, transportation and sale of various aspects of effective monitoring and management, to facilitate product flow and sales enterprises to master the situation and to meet consumer demand for retroactive source, the birth of a new generation of information management technology-the Internet of Things technology.
