With the increasing exploitation of oil and gas reservoirs, it has been moved to the complex from the general direction of the reservoir oil and gas reservoirs. Facing with this challenge, people make use of horizontal wells to exploit special reservoir, which is an effective method especially in theexploitation of the thin reservoir and the remaining oil of old oilfields etc. While horizontal well technology is used in oil recovery, Scholars have also been theoretical studies of horizontal wells to explore underground status. Now there exist two analytical tools: the one adopt the method of numerical simulation, the another method makes use of physical experiments. In this paper, theresearch, which is developed by physical experiments, includes production profile and injection profile of horizontal well.In the exploitation of horizontal wells, to accurately grasp the permeability, pressure drop, bottom water coning into etc. factors of liquid production profile and injection profile of the contribution has important meaning forthe reasonable selection of horizontal well production method, the production process of dynamic analysis and reservoir analysis. Through mechanism simulation method and proportional similarity simulation method,I designed a set of experimental apparatus. The experimental device is composed of four modules, and each module is realized four different functions in the experiment by different connection ways. The experimental device of different function has been designed different inspection device process and the operating steps. In this paper, in case ofthe East oilfield, I completed the design ofthe physical model parameter and optimization of the equipment required.
