Beer has becom e increasingly com mon among ordinary life of our drinking supplies. Market demand for it very large. Beer yeast quality good or bad will directly affect the quality of beer. This paper introduces yeast production process, as we ll as th e expansion of the process of yeast culture. Involved in the pro duction of beer yeast ferm entation pressure, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and other environmental parameters, the production process of these parameters must be strictly controlle d. Put beer yeast propaga tion production control system design process to construct a single-lo op pressure control system, the oxygen content of the cascade control s ystem and variable structure parameters based on fuzzy self-tuning PID temperature control system algorithm. KGY5 system uses pressure sensors to measure pressure, and by adjusting the control valve to complete the adjustm ent of single-loop pressure control system. The oxygen content of the cascade control sy stem is designed to control the oxygen-based control, flow contro l for secondary control loop control system, complete concentration was adjusted by the oxygen content of the culture m edium cascade control, and effectively reduce the disturbance to the system.Temperature has greater impact to beer yeast propagation, so the beer production process temperature control is the m ost important parameter. Due to tim e-varying temperature, time delay, nonlinear characteristics, and in the beer yeast require precise te mperature control, so the design of variable structure param eters self-tuning fuzzy PID temperature control system to solve the yeast to expand the training process temperature control exis t The tim e lag. Because of the com plexity of the temperature of the object, it is difficu lt to get an accurate object model, where the use of fuz zy control strategy does not need to establish accurate mathematical model of the controlled object ch aracteristics, and acco rding to th e different control phase control precisi on temperature requirem ents are different, th e temperature control PID control param eters are divided in to stages and fuzzy self-tuning PID control phase. Man-machine interface is simple and clear, simple, easy to operate on-site workers.
