With the increasing market demand for personalized products, the companies are not onlyrequired to have ability to develop and design new products rapidly, but also the bag filter usersincrease product customization of strong market demand. The design of digital productdevelopment for test prototype construction methods is proposed to explore the digitalprototype testing methods and integrated application of key technologies in this paper., It giventhe construction method of digital test prototype for development requires large pulse jetproducts to complete the build and test model simulations It shorten the system developmentcycle and reduce development costs has important significance and application value.Digital technology breakthrough prototype testing the limitations of traditional physicalprototype testing that it have enable the transfer to digital test product performance testing ofintegrated design overcomes the high cost of physical prototypes and difficult to achieve longperiod of ills.The relevant research results at home and abroad to build for the bag filter digitalprototype and integrated application testing conducted in-depth research is analyzed in thispaper. The contributions from this dissertation may be summarized as follows:First, digital test prototype bag filter and its implementation integrated applications isproposed based on a comprehensive product design technology, bag filter design technology,digital technology and digital prototype testing technology.Secondly, The bag filter digital test prototype model is build according to therequirements of the standard gauge and digital prototype bag filter gives key technologies ofdigital test prototype test, data acquisition and data processing.On this basis, the development of digital bag filter test prototype software for integratedapplication-oriented products are mainly performance reconfigurable test.Finally, we have tested the working performance for two series of products designed bagfilter though change the structure of the test conditions by varying parameters of the test objectand test equipment becomes integrated reconstruction module to achieve the integration ofdigital test prototype applications.Digital Prototyping technology integrated applications can be tested for suitability testprototype model for the digital design of new products for the baghouse product has goodfeasibility and effectiveness. The practical application shows: the popularization and application of research results can significantly improve the overall level and quality of productdevelopment.It provides a new way for product development.
