Digital integrated research and development of new product, as a kind of advanceddesign technology, has a crucial impact in the whole life circle. The digital integrateddevelopment process not only could eliminate islands of information to make effectiveconnectivity products throughout the life cycle of various information systems, but also hasan important significance in improving product design quality, shortening product designcycles, reducing product development costs and other aspects. The digital design isincreasingly being used in the development process of large-scale product, so digitalproduct design process is becoming increasingly complex because of the diversity ofproduct design model and scheme.As one of dust removal equipment, high dust removal efficiency and the most widelyused, the safety issues of bag filter, such as filter bag damaged, or the main componentssuch as flower plates, base, frame, and other steel hopper fracture, collapse, will be a directresult of plant shutdowns, environmental pollution and even casualties and other seriousconsequences. Therefore, it’s very important to apperceive the safety performance of thebag filter rapidly, timely and accurately.In order to utilize the massive data of bag filter digital prototype effectively during thedesigning, and realize the monitoring and predicted to the safety performance of the bagfilter in complex multi-design on products, this paper proposes a based sensor technologyfor product design digital prototype testing sensor technology to explore sensor research tosafety testing of bag filter f digital prototype and its application.Firstly, we have figured out design scheme of digital prototype sensor by analyzing thecharacteristics of the research process-sensing technology, type, implementation technologyresearch status at home and abroad.Secondly, we have analyzed the safety performance parameters and characteristics ofthe main factors on pulse jet bag filter combined with the basic structure and workingmechanism of bag filter.Finally, we have researched a sensing system for safety performance of bag filterbased on the digital prototype bag filter digital model and numerical simulation, and takingthe a series of pulse jet bag filter as an example to verify.
