In recent years, Anling Steel Corporation has imported a large number of different foreign iron ore powder in order to optimize proportion of sinter iron material, improve the economic benefit and reduce the cost of raw material. This project is based on the production status of the sinter site. The blending ratio of imported mine’s influence to the quality and technical indicators of sinter ore has been analysed and researched, two optimal proportion has been concluded: local ore 65%,four in one iron material 15%,Yangdi ore powder 20%,BB ore blending. The influence of iron material blending ratio to sinter has been analysised, increase four in one iron material could reduce fuel consumption, improve the utilization and the rate of finished products and don’t effect iron containing components and RDI index. The conclusion has been got after analyzing the factors which could effect the quality of sinter:(1) Through high blending ratio imported mine production practice, when Brazil ore powder at a large proportion using “low water and high carbon” could be benefit to all the indicators, but when it is Newman ore powder, the “high water and low carbon” is better.(2) Through middle blending ratio imported mine production practice, adding water to lime could make sure the quantity of made ball core in high quality ore, adding water into return ore could improve ball rate, increased the sinter Fe O control standard from 6.5-8.0 to 7.5-8.5,the drum index increased by 5.8%, the screening index decreased 1.3%. The flap valve opening adjustment, line fine-tuning means allow the furnace negative pressure maintained at-84 kpa ~ 88 kpa, the optimal sintering parameters.(3) Through the production practice of low proportion of imported ore blending obtained: the lime water digestion measures can improve the permeability of the material layer; by mixing the steam preheating can make the sintering machine has better direct state; Increasing the size of-3mm fuel fraction above 77%, can improve the utilization rate of fuel chemical energy, improve sinter strength and reduce energy consumption.(4) Through the production practice that concentrate: the whole concentrate sintering bed permeability resulting in poor sinter strength decreased to a certain extent, need to use the equipment means to increase permeability, in order to improve the operation of the whole concentrate sintering.
