In the coal blending coking production of Qian'an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,there is a problem of high proportion of high-quality coking coal,low proportion of regional coking coal and low-cost coking coal,resulting in higher coke cost.Based on the problems existing in coal blending production,this paper has carried out research and practice on optimizing coal blending coking technology to improve the technology of coal blending coking,optimize coal blending structure and reduce coal blending cost.Through the design and development of the coal blending management system in line with the company's production process characteristics,the digitalization,automation and visual management of the coal blending process control process are realized,the professional work efficiency and the coal blending process control level are improved,and the coal blending optimization mathematics is established.The model creates conditions for optimizing coal blending coking technology.The coal quality evaluation method ranked by cost performance is used to guide the procurement of coking coal,eliminate inferior resources,and optimize the coal source structure of coking coal.The 40 kg small coke oven test and the industrial coke oven test were carried out,and the feasibility of optimizing the coal blending structure scheme for reducing the ratio of high quality main coking coal was confirmed,and the range of use ratio of each coal type in the optimized coal blending structure was determined.The optimized coal blending structure is applied to industrial practice,the coke oven production operation is stable,the coke quality is stable,and the blast furnace is used.Through the research and practice of coal blending coking technology,the coal blending structure is optimized,the high-quality coking coal ratio is saved by 20%,the regional resource(fat coal and 1/3 coking coal)ratio is increased by 5.72%,and the lowpriced coking coal resource(gas coal)Compared with lean coal,the ratio is increased by14.47%.At the same time,the cost of coal blending is reduced by 44.02 yuan/ton,and the cost is saved by 17.8 million yuan/month.Figure 21;Table 26;Reference 44...
