The research takes the common camellia of the Baise of Province GuangXi as materials through using the different package (zip lock bag and vacuum bag), different storage temperature (4℃、25℃、 normal temperature) and different pretreatment (not shelled, shelled and damaged, shelled and integrated) to deal with the tea seed and sealed save for180d in dark to study the impact of different storage conditions on the quality of the oil-camellia seed and to separate and identify the microorganism of the oil-camellia seed leading to mildew. The physics and chemistry index was measured included that the moisture content, protein, fat, total sugar, acid value, peroxide value and so on of the oil-camellia seed. The identification of the dominant cultures of the spoiling oil-camellia seed was done. The data analysis of the measure result was conducted. The main research conclusion as follow:(1) With the storage time goes up, the moisture content and the total sugar appeared the trend of decrease as wave; the acid value and rate of rotten seeds appeared the state of straight up; the protein and peroxide value appeared the trend of wave-like increase; the fat appeared straight up first and then straight down.(2) The quality of the oil-camellia seed in the package of vacuum bag was obvious better than the package of zip lock bag. During the storing, the acid value, peroxide value, rate of rotten seeds of the oil-camellia seed were all lower the zip lock bag. Thus, what we must priority considering when we buy the packing material is the gas tightness bag.(3) The quality of the oil-camellia seed stored in the condition of the4℃refrigerator apparently superior to the25℃and the normal temperature. So the oil-camellia seed should was stored in the condition of the15℃,drying, lucifuging and aeration as much as possible.(4) By separating and identifying the microorganism of the oil-camellia seed leading to mildew, and confirming the Aspergillus, Penicillium, Fusarium was the main microorganism of the oil-camellia seed leading to mildew. Because of the significant difference of the acid value and the peroxide value of the camellia oleifera seed oil between the shelled and not damaged oil-camellia seed and the not shelled was indistinct, and the rate of the spoiling oil-camellia seed also was lower than the not shelled, especially the additional rotten seeds of the oil-camellia seed shelled and entire in the vacuum bag was zero during the storing time, and the kernel of the oil-camellia seed occupy the45%-55%volume of the oil-camellia seed as a result the storage of the shelled oil-camellia seed would reduce the storehouse’s size greatly, so this method would be considering to the shelled oil-camellia seed with the vacuum bag. The study above show that the quality of the oil-camellia seed stored in the condition of4℃in vacuum bag, as well as has the knowledge of different condition of storing having impact on the oil-camellia seed and the main microorganism of the oil-camellia seed leading to mildew, providing the theoretical basis of the control of condition of the storing of the oil-camellia seed in the large-scale industrial production.
