Metal organic frameworks(MOFs) have attracted a tremendous attention for their potential application in recent years. The main works are summarized as follows:The concept of chirality, the chiral significance and the enantiosepration methods were stated; Capillary electrophoresis and capillary electrochromatography were introduced; The application of metal organic frameworks in electriochromatography were mentioned.Co2(D-cam)2(TMDPy) was synthesized and used of stationary phase in open tubular capillary electrochromatography. The results showed that Co2(D-cam)2(TMDPy) crystal as the stationary phase in open tubular capillary electrochromatography with excellent recognition ability of chiral compounds and positional isomers.Three Chiral amino acids and four isomers were successfully separated on[Cd(d-cam)(tmdpy)]·2H2O column in open tubular capillary electrochromatography. The experimental results showed that [Cd(d-cam)(tmdpy)]·2H2O has excellent recognition ability of chiral compounds and positional isomers. The MOF [Co0.5Zn0.5(L-Tyr)]n(L-tyr Co/Zn) was synthesized and the MOFs was prepared into the chiral column in OT-CEC. It successfully separated four kinds of chiral compounds. We mixed MOF [(CH3)2NH2][Cd(bpdc)1.5]·2DMA and spherical silica gel as stationary phase for packed column, which showed excellent chiral recognition properties in CEC. The baseline separation of nitrophenol isomer was also achieved. |
