With the advantages of its low cost and easy construction, low infrared emissivity coatings has become one of the most widely used infrared stealth materials. Depending on the performance differences, different categories of infrared stealth coating applied to different parts of the aircraft. To solve the problem of the low infrared emissivity coatings on engine in the engineer ing application, this article has made a further study. The study mainly focuses on the influence of aviation lubricating oil for low infrared emissivity coatings. The focus of the research is to promote aviation lubricating oil resistance of the low infrared emissivity coating, which could without losing the low infrared emissivity and mechanical properties.In this paper, in the view of the coating and nano additives structure analysis, curing mechanism for low infrared emissivity coating was discussed to explore the influence of different nano additives on the aviation lubricating oil resistance and to promote aviation lubr icating oil resistance of the low infrared emissivity coating in the curing process of asc ension. The main research content is divided into three parts:1. By studying the structure of the coating resin base and additive, combined with the different of nano additives mechanism are discussed., select the appropriate nano additives and discuss the nanometer additive species, the structure and the content affect aviation lubr icating oil resistance of the low infrared emissivity coating.2. Curing process was studied on the influence of aviation lubr icating oil resistance of the coating, curing mechanism of the traditional thermal curing and the infrared thermal radiation curing were discussed. For these two kinds of curing process conditions, respectively study the difference between the aviation lubricating oil resistance of the coating which curing under different process parameters.3. Studied on the relationship between the crosslinking degree and the performance of the coating of aviation lubr icating oil resistance. The content of the experiment for the above two parts to carry on the crosslinking degree contrast and analysis, then summed up the regularity conclusions.
